By engaging Corveth Labs for cybersecurity intelligence, AI-driven security solutions, and cognitive monitoring services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms govern the relationship between you and Corveth Labs.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Corveth Labs provides predictive threat intelligence, behavioral AI and cognitive monitoring, privacy and identity engineering, and unified defense intelligence ecosystem services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Services may include security assessment, threat modeling, AI system deployment, behavioral pattern analysis, identity framework development, system integration, ongoing monitoring, incident response, and technical support. The extent of services varies based on project requirements and agreements.
All proprietary methodologies, AI models, algorithms, frameworks, platforms (including Corveth Core™, Corveth Sentinel™, Corveth Mind™, and Corveth NeonID™), and tools developed by Corveth Labs remain our intellectual property. Custom solutions, configurations, and integrations developed specifically for your environment are delivered to you subject to the terms of your service agreement.
You grant Corveth Labs a license to use anonymized, aggregated threat data and behavioral patterns to improve our AI systems, develop predictive models, and enhance our security intelligence capabilities. No client-specific confidential information or personally identifiable data will be disclosed publicly or to third parties.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your security environment, timely access to systems and data, necessary approvals for deployment and monitoring activities, and compliance with all applicable security and privacy regulations relevant to your business operations.
You maintain ultimate responsibility for your data security, compliance obligations, and authorization of security actions taken by our systems. Corveth Labs implements security best practices and ethical AI principles in all our work but cannot guarantee the security of your overall infrastructure or prevent all potential threats.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges and result in suspension of services until payment is received.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. For ongoing services, we reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent periods.
Corveth Labs warrants that services will be performed with professional skill and in accordance with industry standards and ethical AI principles. However, we cannot guarantee specific security outcomes, threat prevention rates, system uptime, or business impact beyond what is explicitly stated in service agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corveth Labs' total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of each other's proprietary information, security configurations, threat intelligence, behavioral data, and trade secrets. Confidential information may only be used for the purposes of the service engagement and disclosed to authorized personnel who require access.
Corveth Labs implements industry-standard security measures to protect client data and follows ethical AI principles in all data handling. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services and remain in effect indefinitely for trade secrets, or for a period specified in your service agreement for other confidential information.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in illegal activities, violate security policies, or fail to make required payments after reasonable notice.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees incurred through the termination date. We will provide reasonable cooperation in transferring configurations, data exports, and documentation to you or a designated successor service provider, subject to applicable data retention policies.
